Mobilink Bank Powers Girls’ Digital Education by Solarizing Zindagi Trust’s Digital Arts Lab in Karachi
Islamabad: Pakistan’s leading digital microfinance bank, Mobilink Bank, through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative has strengthened access to uninterrupted digital education by solarizing the Digital Arts Lab operated by Zindagi Trust at Khatoon-e-Pakistan Government Girls Secondary School, Karachi. The initiative reflects Mobilink Bank’s proactive commitment to enabling girls’ access to uninterrupted digital and creative education through sustainable energy solutions, advancing the Bank’s broader vision of becoming a leading bank for small businesses that deepens financial inclusion for women, while simultaneously contributing to long-term environmental sustainability.
This project ensures reliable access to digital and creative learning for approximately 320 students from grades 6 to 8, while being designed to benefit all future cohorts enrolled in the Digital Arts Lab. The intervention aligns with Mobilink Bank’s commitment to advancing women’s inclusion through sustainable solutions, while directly supporting Zindagi Trust’s broader vision of transforming public education by building future-ready learning environments that enable girls to access high-quality digital, creative, and critical thinking skills, regardless of infrastructure limitations.
