Cheezious Makes Food Safety History as 16 Lahore Outlets Receive Five-Star PFA Rating
Recognition under Punjab Food Authority’s Restaurant Rating Program highlights Cheezious’ commitment to food safety, hygiene and operational excellence
Lahore, Pakistan: Cheezious has achieved a significant milestone in food safety and operational excellence, with 16 restaurant outlets in Lahore receiving the highest five-star rating under the Punjab Food Authority’s (PFA) Restaurant First Rating Program.
The achievement places Cheezious among the strongest-performing restaurant brands participating in the PFA’s rating initiative in Lahore. The program evaluates restaurants against food safety, hygiene and operational compliance standards through a structured assessment process.
The five-star recognition was formally inaugurated at Cheezious Pakistan by Assistant Director Punjab Food Authority, Khawaja Umair, in line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif to ensure safe and quality food for consumers across the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
The initiative is being implemented under the guidance and instructions of Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Salma Butt and Director General Punjab Food Authority Raja Mansoor Ahmad, reflecting the Punjab Government’s focus on strengthening food safety standards across the food service sector.

The recognition reflects the coordinated efforts of Cheezious’ Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) and Operations teams, which work continuously to maintain food safety requirements, operational discipline and quality standards across the restaurant network.
