PCB has formulated a new policy on dropping players
LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to formulate a new policy regarding dropping players.
Board will not offer any explanation to the players who have been dropped from the Pakistan cricket team or squad. Sources said that former Karachi Kings captain Emad Wasim has expressed his displeasure over dropping out of ODI and T20 series against Australia.

Sources said that former Karachi Kings captain Emad was given “rest” for the West Indies series despite his better performance in the World Cup. This time again the player has been dropped and no explanation will be given. All-rounders are reportedly dissatisfied with the PCB’s decision to drop out of the series against Australia.
PCB has recently announced the squads for the upcoming limited overs series against Australia in which Mohammad Haris and Asif Afridi have been given a chance to put up a stellar performance in the PSL while wicketkeeper Sarfraz Ahmed and All-rounder Emad Wasim has been dropped.
