Spotify launches RADAR Fest featuring Maanu at 5 Iconic Global Locations

From standing tall on a digital billboard in the heart of Times Square NYC, to Maanu performing at the first RADAR festival in Pakistan and beyond, emerging artists of the country are going far and wide

Karachi: Spotify continues to celebrate the music in Pakistan with its listeners while also connecting local artists with new fans globally. This time, RADAR Pakistan, Spotify’s flagship music program for emerging local artists, is celebrating its 1 year anniversary in Pakistan with RADAR Fest Pakistan, and the music streaming platform has kicked off promotions with a bang. Launching RADAR Fest Pakistan as a grand affair, Spotify has elevated last quarter’s RADAR artist Maanu onto the global stage by featuring him not only at the digital billboard of Times Square, New York City, but also on four other iconic global locations, including Penn Plaza, New York, The Reef, Los Angeles, Leicester Square, London, and Cardiff, Wales as part of RADAR’s global creative approach.

        

In celebration of RADAR Pakistan completing its first anniversary in the country, Spotify has announced  its first-ever RADAR Fest to be held in Pakistan on the campus of LUMS in Lahore. An adrenaline-pumping festival that promises to be an exciting showcase of all four RADAR Pakistan artists and a vibrant celebration of music discovery.

RADAR has also undergone a vibrant transformation with a dynamic global rebrand whereby fans get to discover music. This new look is designed to resonate with Spotify’s core audience, taking on a distinctive creative approach to artist imagery combined with vivid, fun, and fresh colors. This rebranding represents the  program’s commitment to innovation and the future of music.
